    • 4 interactive sessions (2.5 -3 hrs each) combining training, role-play, and peer discussions

    • Core skills: 1:1s, feedback, delegation, prioritisation, performance conversations

    • Each manager receives a toolkit with templates and scripts

    • Optional add-on: 1:1 coaching sessions for individual growth

    • Format: 4 sessions over 4 weeks
